We develop our own residential, hospitality and commercial projects. Because design, engineering and construction are in-house, we control quality, cost and schedule from land to handover. We also offer these services to other owners.

OUR ROLE

INTEGRATED DESIGN. Architecture, structural engineering, MEP and full design coordination for a dual-brand hotel for an international hospitality operator, with more than 225 rooms and a rooftop, next to Ogle International Airport. Design is complete, permits are filed and the construction tender is open.
